Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jordan Ross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Lilleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ross comes to the ring accompanied by Amerika. Jordan Ross could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to John Lilleman's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ross throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
The fight stays on the outside here - Lilleman looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Ross swats away the attempt to clinch by Lilleman.
A bone on bone clash there as Lilleman blocks the leg kick.
Ross darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Lilleman rushes Ross and presses him up against the ropes.

and Ross counters with a left and a right that hurts Lilleman! He wobbles and falls to the floor - he's in big trouble! Ross jumps into full mount!

Ross tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lilleman swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Ross had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Lilleman is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Ross Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Lilleman's back instead.

Ross has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lilleman can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Ross feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
