Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Frank Castle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yvryl Teebow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frank Castle has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank Castle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Yvryl Teebow!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Lou da Vinci and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Castle defending well as Teebow loads up on a big left hand.
Teebow slaps away a takedown attempt from Castle, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Teebow misses with a straight right.
Teebow lands a body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Castle misses with a hook.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Good standup being displayed there by Teebow as he connects with a hook.
Teebow keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Teebow misses with a double jab.
Teebow throws a lazy right hand but Castle sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Teebow lands a really nice looking cross but Castle seems unphased.
Castle displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Teebow throws out the jab.
Castle misses with a takedown attempt - Teebow sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank Castle. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Castle shoots in but no luck this time.

Castle ducks right into an uppercut from Teebow.

Castle looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Teebow wants to get back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Teebow is trying to control but can't.
Teebow is staying active underneath Castle, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Castle prevents Teebow from standing back up.
Castle will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Teebow controlling the leg, holding on to half guard.
Castle is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Teebow tries to hold on but Castle pushes him away.

Castle looking for a guillotine from mount but Teebow is having none of it.

Castle looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Teebow really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Teebow wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Frank Castle will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Castle throws out a loose jab but Teebow uses good head movement to avoid it.
Teebow jabs Castle right on the nose. Castle blinks but takes it well.
Teebow throws a looping overhand right but Castle ducks down to avoid it.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Teebow throws a hook but Castle blocks it.
Castle fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Castle shoots in and drives through. Teebow sprawls well.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Teebow misses with a straight right.
Teebow throws a hook to the side of Castle's head but Castle sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Teebow misses with an uppercut.
Teebow looks to land a left hand but Castle moved out of range nicely.
Teebow lands a lovely overhand right.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Castle moves out of range as Teebow strikes.
Teebow connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Castle slips under a jab from Teebow.
Horrible takedown by Castle or perhaps it was just good defense by Teebow which made him look bad.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Castle fails with a takedown attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Yvryl Teebow showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!


Castle drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Castle uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Teebow.

Teebow swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Teebow jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Teebow looks to throw the jab but Castle is out of range.
Castle ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Castle closes the distance and clinches up with Teebow, looking for a takedown. Castle pushes Teebow against the cage but Teebow circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Castle with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Teebow to score with a decent uppercut.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Teebow throws a hook but Castle avoids it easily.
Teebow stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Teebow wants it to stay on the feet.
Castle avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Teebow stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Teebow pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Teebow lands the left hand.
Teebow lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Castle is trying hard to land a takedown here. Teebow sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank Castle. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Castle will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Teebow throws a hook but Castle avoids it easily.

Teebow throws a nice looking combination but Castle bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Teebow thows a left - swing and a miss!
Danga de danga de dang - Teebow scores with a four punch combination!
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Castle closes this distance looking for a takedown but Teebow circles away.
Teebow swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

And that's the end of the fight!
Yvryl Teebow comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Teebow has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
