Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Thiago Cunha and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Ishe to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Ishe controlling from the top position.
Diaz is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Ishe defends well.
Ishe is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Ishe trying to control but Diaz is working from the bottom.
Ishe got a little sloppy there for a moment and Diaz has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ishe has managed to get both his arms back between Diaz's legs - danger averted.

Diaz escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Ishe gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Ishe drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ishe jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Diaz had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Ishe defends it easily.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Ishe pushes down on Diaz's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Diaz is looking for a sweep. Ishe is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Ishe moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Diaz.

Diaz throws a right hand that Ishe ducks under and follows up with a left that Ishe also avoids with ease.
Ishe closes the distance and pushes Diaz back into the ropes.
Diaz tries to pull guard but Ishe holds him up against the ropes and eventually Diaz drops back down to his feet.
Ishe wants to break free but Diaz has control.
Diaz misses with a hook from the clinch.
Ishe manages to break the clinch.
Ishe drives through with a takedown into guard.
Diaz has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Ishe is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Diaz.
