The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Paulo Santos and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cardoso fails to land with a series of punches.
Ramos shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Ramos showed some decent athleticism there.
Cardoso looks like he's trying to stand up.

Ramos wants to lay and pray for a moment but Cardoso keeps working.
Ramos trying to advance position but Cardoso counters by regaining guard.
Cardoso is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Ramos is controlling him.
Cardoso trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Cardoso lands with a right that hurts Ramos. Ramos looks to clinch but Cardoso throws a short knee that drops Ramos. This one is all over!
