Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bob Builder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matane Madang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bob Builder! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Matane Madang! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Joseph Jones and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Builder misses the jab. Madang gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Madang has picked Builder up - he's going for a ride! Madang dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Madang stands up out of the half guard. Madang uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Builder. A big left from Builder misses. Madang darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Madang is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Madang content to control rather than advance. Madang is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Builder reverses the position - he's now on top in Madang's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Madang has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Builder off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Builder throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Bob Builder is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Madang blocks a jab. Madang throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Builder was covering up waiting for the punch and Madang finishes the takedown easily into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Madang stays in close to Builder's body and controls the position. Builder is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Madang pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Builder is keeping the position for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Builder is breathing heavily. Madang is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Madang stands and throws Builder's legs to the side, diving into side control. Builder prevents Madang from moving into mount. Madang throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Madang closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Madang has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Madang shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Madang stands up and waves to Builder to follow him. A big right from Builder misses. Bob Builder seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Builder gets caught flat footed, as Madang shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Madang trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Madang gets to his feet - Builder follows without any prompting. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Madang moves out of range of the strikes. Madang looks to land a combination but Builder avoids it well. Madang shoots for a takedown but Builder saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Nice sprawl there from Builder as Madang shoots in. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Matane Madang dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Builder throws a hook to the side of Madang's head but Madang sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Madang fails to land the takedown. Matane Madang is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Madang moves away from the strike by Builder. Madang scores with a takedown into Builder's guard. Madang trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Madang looking to sit in guard and control but Builder gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Builder is looking to stand up but Madang won't let him. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Madang wriggles free and stands up. Builder throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Madang sees it coming and avoids it easily. Madang stands up and waves to Builder to follow him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Madang misses with a takedown attempt - Builder sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Madang shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Builder pinned against the cage. Builder gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Bob Builder has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matane Madang. Madang moves into the clinch successfully.
Madang wants the takedown. Builder is fighting it off but Madang persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Builder's guard against the cage. Madang pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Builder is keeping the position for now.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Madang seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Builder looks like he's trying to stand up.

Matane Madang showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Madang lands with a hook. Builder tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Madang fails to land with a series of punches.
Builder loads up on a big right hand but Madang slips the punch. Builder slaps away a takedown attempt from Madang, before circling back to the center of the mat. Builder misses the jab. Builder looks to throw the jab but Madang is out of range. Builder throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Madang sees it coming and avoids it easily. Builder is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Madang's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems. Madang darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Madang decides to return to a standing position. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Both fighters are breathing heavily. Madang rushes Builder and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Madang ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Madang no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Builder wanted to stand there but Madang had control of the position. Madang pushes Builder off and scrambles back to his feet.
A big left from Builder misses. Madang uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Builder. Madang scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Madang decides to return to a standing position. Madang shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Builder is trying to defend but Madang finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Madang wants to pass the guard but Builder is defending well. Bob Builder has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Madang stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Builder is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Madang shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Madang was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Madang gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks! Madang shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Builder's guard. Madang pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Builder is keeping the position for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Madang gets to his feet. Builder looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Madang changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Builder looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Madang tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Madang tries for a kimura but Builder is defending well. Madang tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Madang in side control lands a decent elbow. The strikes coming from Madang are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Madang has been the more effective fighter overall so far. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Madang controlling from side mount. Matane Madang is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
And that's the end of the fight! Matane Madang comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Madang winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
