PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Reece Ferrer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rhiver Perez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ferrer comes into the arena with Blue Oyster Cult - Don't Fear the Reaper blaring out of the sound system. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferrer scores with a jab to the body.
Perez shoots in but Ferrer avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Perez throws a nice looking combination but Ferrer bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Perez is defended easily by Ferrer.
Ferrer misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Ferrer will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Perez shoots in for a double leg but Ferrer sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
