Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jean Paul Ducharme!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tim Howe!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Robert Douchet and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ducharme is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Howe.
Howe turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Howe connects with a crisp jab.
Ducharme throws a series of punches but Howe moves out of range.
Ducharme scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Howe is looking to control Ducharme's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Howe avoid being mounted?
Howe is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Ducharme is staying active.
Ducharme seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Howe does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Ducharme thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Howe trying to hold on to Ducharme's head to control him but Ducharme postures up.
It looks like Ducharme is going to stand back up.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
A head kick misses from Ducharme.
Howe walks into a left hand.
It looks like Tim Howe has been cut.
Ducharme throws the left hand but Howe avoids the punch easily.
Howe is looking to clinch but Ducharme is avoiding it.
Jean Paul Ducharme seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Howe throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Ducharme on the side of the head.
Howe has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Ducharme finds it's way round the side to connect with Howe's head.
A slapping leg kick lands for Howe.
Howe slips under a jab.
Howe uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Ducharme.
Howe shoots in and drives through. Ducharme sprawls well.
Howe drives through with a takedown into guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ducharme wants to sweep but no luck.
Howe trying to control the position from guard on top but Ducharme is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Ducharme will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Ducharme is striking but Howe is not phased and passes to half guard.
Howe trying to control the action but Ducharme is working from the bottom.
Howe is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Ducharme looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Ducharme slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Ducharme looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Howe drops back looking for a leg! Ducharme is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ducharme manages to kick Howe off! Howe jumps back into Ducharme's guard.
Howe looks gassed!
Ducharme has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Howe should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Ducharme has tightened it up now! Howe should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
