Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Back Yard Brawler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Shamrock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Shamrock's choice of entrance music: Jimmy Eat World - Bleed American. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brawler tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Shamrock paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Brawler moves in looking to clinch but Shamrock pushes him off.
Brawler throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Shamrock's head.

Shamrock looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Brawler!
Shamrock trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Brawler really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Brawler tries to buck Shamrock off but he can't manage it.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Brawler accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Shamrock has his feet on Brawler's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Shamrock throws a head kick that misses
and Brawler counters with a three punch combo that has Shamrock backing up. Shamrock nods at Brawler to acknowledge the strikes.
Shamrock has a takedown stuffed.
Shamrock tries to score with a low kick but Brawler moves his leg out of the way.
Shamrock avoids the head kick by Brawler.
Brawler tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Brawler tries to clinch there but Shamrock circles away.
Brawler slaps away a takedown attempt from Shamrock, before circling back to the center of the mat.

A close round but Tyler Shamrock will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Shamrock really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Brawler.

Shamrock lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Shamrock has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Brawler's body.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Oooh a big shot gets through from Shamrock. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!
