Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sider Mansaf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Beast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Shane Beast!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beast lands with a shot to the body.
Beast tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mansaf swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Beast connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Beast gets caught flat footed, as Mansaf shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Beast wants to get back to his feet but Mansaf is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Beast is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Mansaf has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Beast being controlled here, momentarily.
Beast wants to stand but Mansaf is controlling the position.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Mansaf shoots in and bounces Beast off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Beast wants to stand up but Mansaf is controlling him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mansaf postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Mansaf might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Beast is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Mansaf trying to control the position from guard on top but Beast is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Mansaf is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Mansaf gets to his feet - Beast follows without any prompting.
Mansaf throws a sloppy head kick and Beast moves out of range easily.
Shane Beast seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Beast gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Mansaf to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Mansaf lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Beast is looking to stand up but Mansaf isn't so interested in that idea.

Mansaf decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Beast, up you get!
Mansaf takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Beast tries to clinch up.
Beast looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Mansaf.
Beast is working to avoid the ground and pound but Mansaf connects with a decent elbow.
Beast is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Mansaf trying to control the action but Beast is working from the bottom.
Beast is trying to buck Mansaf off.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Beast's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Beast duly obliges.
Beast takes a swing at Mansaf's ribcage but misses.

Mansaf closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Beast to the mat! Beast manages to get full guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Beast keeping moving, preventing Mansaf from controlling successfully.

Beast throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Mansaf stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Mansaf shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Mansaf is standing up over Beast. Beast looks to escape but Mansaf dives into side control.
Mansaf is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Beast will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Beast is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Mansaf has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Mansaf shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Beast but Beast pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Beast lands with an overhand left.

Mansaf on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Beast fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Beast tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Mansaf will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Sider Mansaf is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
A telegraphed right hand from Beast misses the target.

Beast is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

Mansaf gets a takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Still in half guard, Mansaf seems content to control.

Mansaf prevents Beast from standing back up.
Beast is refusing to be controlled, as Mansaf sits in half guard.
Beast is trying to escape back to his feet but Mansaf uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Beast tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.

Beast somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet!
Beast throws a series of strikes that have Mansaf backpedaling.
Mansaf on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Mansaf uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Beast.

Mansaf shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Beast really wants to buck Mansaf off and get back to his feet.
Sider Mansaf overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Mansaf landing strikes, looking to finish!
Beast wants to try and get back to his feet.
Mansaf scoring with strikes but Beast is staying in there.
Mansaf wants to control the pace but Beast is squirming around nicely.

Beast is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Beast has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever.
Beast looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands.

Beast controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sider Mansaf dominated that second round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Beast, as that shot connected.

Mansaf shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Beast is trying to stand.

Mansaf pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Beast squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
A nice elbow there by Mansaf.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Mansaf won't let Beast get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

Mansaf scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Mansaf lands a big elbow.
Beast is squirming around, avoiding Mansaf's attempts to control the action.
You get the feeling that Beast really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Mansaf wants to finish this one by submission but Beast is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Mansaf.
Mansaf can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Beast is looking to escape.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Beast is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Mansaf sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Mansaf's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Shane Beast has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Mansaf, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
