Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Elvis Blanc and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kennedy is fending him off so far but Gracie persists. Nope, Kennedy circles away and we're back to standing.
Kennedy thows a body shot but no joy.
Kennedy throws a series of punches but Gracie avoids them all with ease.
Kennedy misses with a few strikes there.
Gracie tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kennedy paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Gracie closes the distance and clinches up with Kennedy, looking for a takedown. Gracie pushes Kennedy against the cage but Kennedy circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Gracie.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Damien Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gracie tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Kennedy cracks Gracie with an uppercut from hell and Gracie crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Kennedy's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Kennedy gets through Gracie's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Gracie. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Gracie has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Kennedy avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Kennedy's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Gracie takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Kennedy ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Gracie out cold! The fight is over!
