Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Justus Crona (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Moribunda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crona comes into the arena with Timbuktu, Det kommer til och ordna seg blaring out of the sound system. Justus Crona could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Alex Moribunda's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Paulo Santos and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crona fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Moribunda avoids it really well and circles away.
Moribunda shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Crona but Crona pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Crona shoots in and bounces Moribunda off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard.
Crona stays in close to Moribunda's body and controls the position.
Crona looking to sit in guard and control but Moribunda gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Moribunda tries to stand but Crona is controlling from the bottom.
Crona trying to keep a closed guard but Moribunda is proving a slippery customer.

Crona has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Moribunda can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Crona looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Moribunda wants to sweep but Crona has passed to side control!
Crona stands up and beckons Moribunda to his feet.
Crona is looking to clinch.
Moribunda throws a nice outside leg kick.
Moribunda has taken the fight to the clinch.

Moribunda tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Crona tries to stall but Moribunda uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Moribunda tries to throw a body punch but Crona avoids it by throwing Moribunda back against the cage.
Moribunda tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Crona just stands there and leans against the ropes.

and Moribunda decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Crona's guard.
Crona controls Moribunda momentarily but Moribunda frees himself.
Moribunda stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Crona swivels though and keeps the full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

and Moribunda counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Moribunda.
Crona is trying to force a seperation but Moribunda has the dominant position.

Moribunda tries to score a body lock takedown but Crona shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Moribunda jumps guard but Crona stands there with Moribunda around his waist. Moribunda gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Crona is fighting to break Moribunda's control of his arms but Moribunda is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Justus Crona.
I think Crona has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
