Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aeron Rey Salino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salino shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Walker pinned against the cage. Walker gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Salino could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

and Salino counters with a body kick that stops Walker in his tracks momentarily.

and Salino decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Walker's guard.

Salino gets to his feet - Walker follows without any prompting.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Walker throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Salino.

Salino tries to pull guard but Walker holds him up against the cage and eventually Salino drops back down to his feet.
Walker jumps guard but Salino stands there with Walker around his waist. Walker gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Walker has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Salino regains guard immediately.
Salino is pulling down on Walker's head. It's preventing any offense from Walker, at least for the moment.

Walker drops back, looking for a kneebar! Salino looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Salino looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Salino!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Salino is looking to take a break and control but Walker is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
