Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tetsu Suzuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). West comes to the ring accompanied by The All-American Rejects - It Ends Tonight . I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Joe West! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tetsu Suzuki! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Suzuki tries to close the distance and clinch but West swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Suzuki missing with a left hand there. West was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Suzuki doesn't manage to clinch there - West circles away.
West keeps the fight on the outside. West thumps Suzuki with a low kick. Suzuki tries to clinch but West moves out of range. West throws a shot to the body.
West lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Suzuki circles away quickly and effectively. West fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Suzuki. West circles away from the clinch attempt.
West stuns Suzuki with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Suzuki wants to clinch. West scores with a crisp jab that stopped Suzuki in his tracks. West uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Suzuki has time to react. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. West throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Suzuki's head.
It looks like Tetsu Suzuki has been cut. Suzuki looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? West is fending him off so far but Suzuki persists. Nope, West circles away and we're back to standing. Suzuki looks gassed! Suzuki takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. West cracks the inside of Suzuki's front leg. West lands a big head kick that sends Suzuki tumbling to the mat! West takes a step backwards and waves Suzuki back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Suzuki is rocked! West scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Suzuki is still on wobbly legs! Can West finish him? West lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
That's one minute gone in the round. West scores with a body shot.
West feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Suzuki crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Joe West!
