Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Black Murder!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Buakaw Pramuk!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Viktor Lagutenko and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Murder finds it's way through Pramuk's defenses.
It looks like Buakaw Pramuk has been cut.
Pramuk shoots in and bounces Murder off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Murder wants to stand but Pramuk is controlling the position.
Pramuk thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Murder is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Pramuk in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Murder wants to stand and escape but Pramuk is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pramuk's corner is telling him to maintain position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Pramuk throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Murder was covering up waiting for the punch and Pramuk finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Pramuk wants to control from the top but Murder keeps moving.
Pramuk is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Murder is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Murder has escaped and now he's on top!
Murder wants to stand but Pramuk has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Pramuk pushes Murder off and scrambles back to his feet.
Murder goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pramuk gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Murder lands a slapping body shot.
Pramuk should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Pramuk looks gassed!
Murder closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Pramuk out cold! Pramuk corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Black Murder!
