Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Steve Lucas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and jack chute (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steve Lucas looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

chute jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lucas walks away with a smile on his face. chute gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

chute stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lucas swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Lucas wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

chute is working to tighten is grip on Lucas's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Lucas has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but chute is really squeezing tight and eventually Lucas passes out! chute breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
