Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Taranga Avalon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Barney Phife (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Phife has chosen Fernandinho - Mais Alto as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phife throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Avalon was covering up waiting for the punch and Phife finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Phife working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
