Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Emelianenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kimbo Slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Slice has chosen M.O.P. - Ante Up Remix (featuring Busta Rhymes, Teflon, and Remy Martin) as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Fedor Emelianenko! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kimbo Slice! The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Konstantin Menshow and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Emelianenko misses with a series of wild punches.
Emelianenko looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Emelianenko shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Slice pinned against the cage. Slice gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Slice lands with a kick to the temple. Emelianenko shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
It looks like Fedor Emelianenko has been cut. Some wild striking there from Slice.
Slice avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Slice clinches up with Emelianenko and pushes him back against the cage. Slice breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Slice misses with a takedown attempt and Emelianenko counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Slice wants to sweep here but Emelianenko controlling him for the moment. Slice wants to stand but Emelianenko is controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Slice should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Emelianenko stands up from guard. Let's bang! Slice goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Slice tries to clinch but Emelianenko is having none of it. Slice tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Emelianenko dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Slice has his takedown stuffed and Emelianenko decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Slice's guard. Emelianenko preventing the sweep.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Emelianenko wanted to stand there but Slice had control of the position. Slice wants to stand up but Emelianenko is controlling him. Emelianenko gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Slice with a poor takedown and Emelianenko counters with a nice double leg into side control. Slice won't be happy with that. Fedor Emelianenko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kimbo Slice. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Slice is trying to get back to half guard. Emelianenko moves into full mount!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Slice reaches up to try and control the position but Emelianenko seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Slice rolls and tries to escape and now Emelianenko has his back!

Emelianenko is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Slice can't escape the position.
Emelianenko is punishing Slice with strikes - can he finish him?! Emelianenko trying to control. Slice rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Emelianenko throwing shots but Slice is blocking nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Fedor Emelianenko dominated that round. The cut man is working on Fedor Emelianenko's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Horrible takedown by Emelianenko or perhaps it was just good defense by Slice which made him look bad. Emelianenko takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Slice has his takedown stuffed and Emelianenko counters with a single leg into guard. Slice didn't expect that. Emelianenko throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Slice works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Emelianenko stands and steps away. Slice gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Slice stalks Emelianenko and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Emelianenko's face. Emelianenko staggers backwards, shaken. Emelianenko forces Slice back against the cage and clinches. Slice goes for a takedown in the clinch but Emelianenko prevents it.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Slice is looking to break free of the clinch but Emelianenko has double underhooks. Emelianenko is trying to break the clinch but Slice has him pressed against the cage. Slice tries to pull guard but Emelianenko holds him up against the cage and eventually Slice drops back down to his feet.
Fedor Emelianenko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kimbo Slice.
That's one minute gone in the round. Emelianenko has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Slice clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Emelianenko biding his time, controlling Slice. You can see the frustration on Slice's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Emelianenko just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.
Emelianenko is not going to allow Slice to sit and survive in this position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Emelianenko struggling to land strikes to the head as Slice covers up. Emelianenko working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Emelianenko trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Slice doesn't escape. Emelianenko is trying to control but Slice is trying to escape here - he's now mounted.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Emelianenko can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Slice is looking to escape. Slice tries to hold on but Emelianenko pushes him away. Emelianenko controlling his opponent. Emelianenko avoids the attempt from Slice to control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Emelianenko jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Slice manages to avoid the submission attempt.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. A head kick by Emelianenko misses and Slice cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Emelianenko stuffs the takedown. Slice has closed the distance and engaged Emelianenko in a clinch.
Emelianenko is trying to break free. Emelianenko tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Fedor Emelianenko dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Fedor Emelianenko's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Emelianenko closes this distance looking for a takedown but Slice circles away. Slice looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Emelianenko! Slice misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Slice working Emelianenko over with strikes here. Emelianenko tries to hold on but Slice postures up. Slice landing punches. Emelianenko is trying desperately to improve position. Emelianenko wants to get back to his feet.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Emelianenko tries to reverse the position but Slice maintains control. Fedor Emelianenko overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Emelianenko tries to hold on but Slice pushes him away. Slice throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Slice working away from the top, dropping strikes. Emelianenko is looking to improve his position but Slice isn't that keen on the idea. Slice thowing shots but they're missing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Slice cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Slice is landing with some decent strikes but Emelianenko is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Emelianenko is wriggling around trying to escape.
Emelianenko tries to lock up and control but Slice gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Slice prevents Emelianenko from getting the reversal. Emelianenko wants to control but Slice is having none of it. Poor strikes thrown by Slice there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Emelianenko wants to get back to his feet.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Slice goes for an armbar but Emelianenko turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Emelianenko. Slice wants to get back to his feet but Emelianenko is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Emelianenko postures up in Slice's guard and throws a big left but Slice blocks it. Emelianenko is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Slice is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Slice has escaped and now he's on top! Slice advances position into side control! Kimbo Slice has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Slice working the ground and pound from side control. Slice tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Slice connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Emelianenko some visible discomfort.
Fedor Emelianenko is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Slice in side control, throwing shots but Emelianenko defends.
And that's the end of the fight! Kimbo Slice comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Emelianenko has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
