Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Kiptanui (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Koss Greco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kiptanui might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Asa - Opi aatteit. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greco misses with an uppercut.
Kiptanui tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Greco swivels and escapes.

Greco throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Kiptanui is doing well to control the position and prevent Greco from advancing to side control.
Kiptanui wants to control but Greco is keeping busy.
Greco tries to pass to full mount but Kiptanui defends it.
Greco is looking to take a break and control but Kiptanui is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Greco is nestled in close to Kiptanui, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Greco really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kiptanui. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Greco is staying active underneath Kiptanui, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Koss Greco showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Kiptanui's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!



Greco closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Greco connects with a nice short shot to Kiptanui's temple.

Greco takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Greco misses with a head shot. Kiptanui uses the momentum to regain guard.

Greco takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

I've got Greco winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
