Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Ricky Venable!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Shelton Lane!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Andrew Berry and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lane tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Venable swivels and escapes.
Lane doesn't manage to clinch there - Venable circles away.
Venable scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Venable closes the distance and clinches.
Lane drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Lane lands a knee to the body.
Venable breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lane lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Lane throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Venable stumbling backwards into the cage! Venable bounces back off the cage towards Lane, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Lane lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Lane celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
