Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Don Dada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and BJ Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dada shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Penn's guard.

Dada drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Dada jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Penn is pressed up against the cage. Dada has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Penn down to the mat. Penn avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Dada isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Penn stacks Dada on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Penn!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

and Dada counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Dada escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Penn gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Dada bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Penn's guard.

Penn is sitting in close to Dada's body. Dada has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Penn is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Penn is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Dada.
