The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Paulo Santos and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stoney throws a nice looking combination but Bufalo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Bufalo shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Stoney defends it nicely.
Bufalo closes this distance looking for a takedown but Stoney circles away.
Stoney scores with a nice strike.
It looks like Lucas Bufalo has been cut.
Bufalo walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Stoney smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Stoney lands a jab to the nose.
Stoney connects with a single shot there.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nice takedown defense from Stoney. No joy for Bufalo on that attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lucas Bufalo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bufalo drops his hands momentarily and Stoney takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Bufalo walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Stoney connects with a body shot.
Stoney scores with a hook to the body. Bufalo takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Bufalo is breathing heavily.
Nice body punch from Stoney.
Bufalo has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Stoney finds it's way round the side to connect with Bufalo's head.
Lucas Bufalo's cut is getting worse.
Stoney connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Bufalo's hands.
Stoney throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Bufalo stumbling backwards into the cage! Bufalo bounces back off the cage towards Stoney, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Stoney lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Stoney celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jammy Stoney!
