Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Finklestein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raian Baaden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Raian Baaden will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fedor Finklestein! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Raian Baaden! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, George Francis and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Finklestein shoots in and drives through. Baaden sprawls well. Baaden lands a jab to Finklestein's midsection. Baaden drives through and clinches with Finklestein against the cage.
Finklestein wants a takedown.
Baaden is trying to break free. Baaden is looking to break free of the clinch but Finklestein has double underhooks. Finklestein gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Baaden regains guard.
Finklestein is looking to work some ground and pound but Baaden has wrist control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Finklestein shoots in for a takedown but Baaden shows good takedown defense. Baaden throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Finklestein sees it coming and avoids it easily. A decent looking cross lands there for Baaden. Fedor Finklestein seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Baaden defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Finklestein.
That's one minute gone in the round. A left and a right from Baaden both land. Nice combination. Baaden lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Finklestein circles away quickly and effectively. Finklestein shoots in and drives through. Baaden sprawls well. Finklestein shoots for a double leg takedown but Baaden sprawls well. He's pushed Finklestein's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Finklestein is breathing heavily. Baaden lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Baaden cracks Finklestein with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Finklestein fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Baaden lands with a hook. Finklestein tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Baaden connects with a jab. Finklestein shoots in looking for a takedown. Baaden tries to sprawl out of it but Finklestein keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Baaden manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Finklestein shoots in but Baaden avoids the takedown attempt easily. Baaden throws a series of punches but Finklestein moves out of range. Baaden throws a series of strikes that have Finklestein backpedaling.
Finklestein uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Baaden. Finklestein tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Baaden counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Baaden.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Baaden breaks the clinch.
Baaden lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Finklestein backs up against the cage.
Baaden will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Baaden closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Baaden is trying to force a seperation but Finklestein has the dominant position. Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Finklestein with a lazy takedown attempt enabling Baaden to counter with a crisp jab. Finklestein has his takedown stuffed letting Baaden counter with a right hand. Finklestein takes one on the button. Baaden closes the distance and pushes Finklestein back into the cage. Baaden lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Baaden is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Baaden thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Baaden working the head and body with strikes. Finklestein throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Baaden slips a nice elbow through Finklestein's hands, connecting with Finklestein's forehead. Finklestein is refusing to be controlled, as Baaden sits in half guard. Baaden throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Finklestein avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Baaden. Baaden missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Baaden is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Finklestein sees it coming and defends easily. Baaden wants to pass the guard but Finklestein is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Baaden not landing any meaningful shots this time. Finklestein is looking to improve his position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Baaden moves into the clinch. Finklestein wants a takedown but no success here.
Finklestein keeps control of Baaden as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Baaden can't break the clinch.
Finklestein swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Baaden breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Baaden fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Finklestein on the side of the head. Finklestein throws a right and a left that both miss. Baaden circles away from the clinch attempt and Baaden counters with a one-two to the body. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Finklestein gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Baaden counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Finklestein misses with a takedown attempt and Baaden counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Good standup being displayed there by Baaden as he connects with a hook. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Raian Baaden dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Baaden instigates a clinch. Baaden has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Baaden is trying to break the clinch but Finklestein has him pressed against the cage. Finklestein can't get the takedown.
Baaden wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Finklestein keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Baaden's efforts to push away. Baaden has had enough of the clinch but Finklestein keeps him there for the moment. Baaden prevents the takedown attempt.
Baaden wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Finklestein has him pressed against the cage. Baaden wants to get back to striking at distance but Finklestein won't allow it.
A frustrated look appears on Baaden's face as he tries to break the clinch. Baaden escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Baaden lands a jab to the nose. Finklestein with a lazy takedown attempt and Baaden counters with a straight right hand. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Fedor Finklestein. That's going to take a lot out of him. A jab from Baaden does it's job there. Baaden swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Finklestein shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Baaden counters with a lovely straight right hand! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Finklestein tries for a takedown but Baaden circles away easily and Baaden counters with a stiff right hand. A lazy left from Baaden finds it's target. Baaden lands an overhand right.

Finklestein is rocked! Baaden throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Oh Finklestein is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Baaden misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Baaden throws a hook to the side of Finklestein's head but Finklestein sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Baaden lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Finklestein backs up against the cage.
Finklestein displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Baaden throws out the jab. Baaden throws out a loose jab but Finklestein uses good head movement to avoid it. Baaden lands with a big left! Finklestein is wobbled badly! Baaden comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Finklestein to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Raian Baaden!
