Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jake Roberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Beasty Kannegaard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roberts kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is ridda. Kannegaard has chosen Three Days Grace - Animal I Have Become as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roberts tries to clinch up but Kannegaard circles away and keeps his distance.
Roberts tries to keep at a distance but Kannegaard has taken the fight into the clinch.
Roberts is working for takedown but Kannegaard is calmly controlling the position for now.
Kannegaard throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Kannegaard lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Kannegaard creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Roberts's defenses.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kannegaard can do anything to dispel that myth.
