Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Good Day (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bro Ham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Day kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Hifana - Wamono. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bro Ham!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Paulo Santos and Seu Braga.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Day shoots for a double leg takedown but Ham sprawls well. He's pushed Day's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Ham misses with a body shot.
A nice leg kick lands there from Day.
Day keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Day closes the distance and clinches.
Day scores with a knee to the head.


It looks like Bro Ham has been cut.
Ham tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Day's elbow.
Day makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Ham lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Day utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Ham crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Day - the referee stops the clock and Ham gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Day. Ham manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Good Day showed his dominance in that final round.
