Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Richter Gracie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Dario Conca!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Alexandre Firmino and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Conca but Conca pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Conca closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Conca tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Conca wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Gracie, who protects the arm well.
Conca really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gracie. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Gracie is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Conca is controlling him well.
Conca working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Gracie sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Conca is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Gracie is just riding it out for now. Conca eventually gives up the hold.
Conca is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Conca looks gassed!

Gracie works his way to full guard. Good work.
Conca drops back looking for a leg! Gracie is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Gracie manages to kick Conca off! Conca jumps back into Gracie's guard.
Conca drops back, looking for a kneebar! Gracie looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Gracie looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Gracie!
Conca tries to get back to half guard but can't.
The referee asks Gracie politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Gracie prefers to stall for the moment though.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Gracie working the ground and pound from side control.
Conca is looking for a sweep.
A lull in the action here as Gracie stalls from top position.
Conca tries to improve position but can't.
Gracie is looking to take a break and control but Conca is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Gracie. Conca shrugs it off though.

Gracie misses with a takedown attempt
and Conca counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Conca drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Gracie dives on top into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Conca looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Gracie passes into half guard.
Conca wants to improve his position but Gracie is controlling well.
Conca looking to force a kimura from the bottom here. He's concentrating on that move too much though and Gracie pushes past his half guard into mount!
Gracie prevents Conca from getting the reversal.
Conca is trying to reverse the position but instead Gracie has taken his back - oops!

Gracie has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Conca is in real trouble here. Gracie gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Conca is tapping out! Gracie wins by rear naked choke!
