Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steini Sigurd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ron John (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sigurd comes to the cage accompanied by stick them up. Steini Sigurd looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Hugh Johnson and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sigurd bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
John waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Sigurd.
John takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
John loads up on a big right hand but Sigurd slips the punch.
John slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Sigurd tries to close the distance and clinch up but John swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Sigurd moves in looking to clinch but John pushes him off.
Sigurd fails with an attempt to clinch.
Sigurd is looking to clinch.
Sigurd has taken the fight to the clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sigurd missing with knees to the body.
John tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Sigurd blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
John looking to stall.
John tries to score a body lock takedown but Sigurd shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Sigurd looking to throw knees to the head but John is blocking nicely.
Knees in the clinch landing for Sigurd.
Sigurd tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Sigurd is breathing heavily.
John dodges an elbow strike from Sigurd.
John changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Sigurd fights it off and pushes away nicely.

John has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
John misses the jab.
Sigurd tries to clinch up but John circles away and keeps his distance.
Sigurd walks into a jab.
Sigurd gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Sigurd gets underhooks to prevent John's takedown attempt.
Steini Sigurd has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ron John.
John drops down looking for an ankle pick but Sigurd pulls his leg out and moves away.
Sigurd wants to clinch.
John misses with a looping right.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sigurd scores with a nice body kick.
John dives in and grabs Sigurd's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sigurd pushes down on John's head and hops out.
Sigurd walks into a jab.
John checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
The fight stays on the outside here - Sigurd looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Sigurd tries to clinch there but John circles away.
John tries to close the distance and clinch but Sigurd swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sigurd uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from John.
Sigurd tries to clinch but John moves out of range.
Sigurd ducks under a wild hook from John.
John throws out a loose jab but Sigurd uses good head movement to avoid it.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
A jab from John misses.
Sigurd tries to bum rush John with a series of wild strikes but John uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Sigurd throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
John scores with a sloppy right hand. Sigurd should have avoided that one.
Sigurd defending well as John loads up on a big left hand.
John closes the distance looking to clinch
and Sigurd counters with a head kick. That will keep John thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
John throws a shot from downtown. Sigurd moves away and avoids it.
John looks to land a left hand but Sigurd moved out of range nicely.
John lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
John closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Sigurd did well to prevent John getting side control.
John performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Sigurd knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for John on the ground.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
John wants to work for an arm triangle but Sigurd is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
John frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
John has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Sigurd is forced to tap!
