Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sonny Ramos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nakata Ko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Sonny Ramos! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Nakata Ko! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Andrew Berry and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ramos throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ko. Ko avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ramos looks to land a combination but Ko avoids it well. Ramos tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ko swats him away and circles back towards the center. A head kick misses from Ramos. Ko shoots in and drives through. Ramos sprawls well. Ko throws a nice looking combination but Ramos bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Ko throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ramos was covering up waiting for the punch and Ko finishes the takedown easily into guard. Ramos wants to get back to his feet but Ko is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Ko slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Ko advances position into side control!
That's one minute gone in the round. Ko wants to control but Ramos is keeping him busy. Ramos knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ko on the ground. Ko working the ground and pound. Ramos is pushing Ko's head away, looking to escape. Ko manages to hold on to the position though. Ko taking a breather here. Ko trying to control the position but Ramos is working away. Ko working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Ramos takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ramos tries to escape but Ko is in control. Ko in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Ramos wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Ramos is breathing heavily. Ko lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Ramos down.
Ko moves into full mount! The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Ko lands a heavy elbow. Ko lands with some strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ramos squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ko lands with some strikes. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Ko cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Ko lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Ramos hang on? As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ramos taking shots to the head. Ko is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Ramos can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
BOOM! Ko connects with a massive shot to the dome!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nakata Ko dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Ko looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Ramos misses with a double jab.
Ramos tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ko was well out of range. Poor timing from Ramos. Ramos tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Ko fails to land the takedown. Ko jabbing away but nothing is landing. Ko circles away from the clinch attempt.
Ko closes the distance and clinches up with Ramos, looking for a takedown. Ko pushes Ramos against the cage but Ramos circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Sonny Ramos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nakata Ko. Ko keeps the fight on the outside. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ramos misses with a kick to the body.
Ramos lands a lovely overhand right. Ramos throws a right and a left that Ko avoids nicely. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Ko shoots for a takedown but Ramos saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Ko drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ko working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Ramos working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Ko. Ko not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Ramos keeping moving, preventing Ko from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ko works over Ramos with some ground and pound from guard. Ko stays in close to Ramos's body and controls the position. Ko passes Ramos's left leg - he's now in half guard. Ko has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Ko landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Ko lands with a punch from half guard. Ko winds up and cracks Ramos with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Ko lands with a punch from half guard. Ko is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Ko looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Ko uses his free foot to push down on Ramos's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Ramos.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ramos is in a horrible position here. Ko smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Ramos on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Ramos tries to get out of the position. Ko is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Ramos can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Ko is landing with some decent strikes but Ramos is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Ramos wants to try and get back to his feet. Ko wants to control the pace but Ramos is squirming around nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Ko lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Nakata Ko showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Ramos is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Nakata Ko has got the better of the ground game so far. Ko postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Ko cracks Ramos with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Ramos is squirming around, avoiding Ko's attempts to control the action. Ko lands a big elbow. Ko working away from the top, dropping strikes. Ko landing strikes, looking to finish! Ramos's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Ko landing strikes from the mount. Ko looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
You get the feeling that Ramos really doesn't like being in this position too much.

And that's the end of the fight! Nakata Ko comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Ko winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
