Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Who Cares (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nasty Dread (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Who Cares! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Nasty Dread! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Eddie Farnsworth and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dread keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Dread uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Cares. Dread slips under a jab. Dread lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Who Cares has been cut. Dread closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Dread lands in his opponent's guard. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Dread's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Cares working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Dread doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Dread manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Dread working some strikes from top position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dread working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Cares throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Dread makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Cares had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Dread defends it easily. Dread with a flurry of punches that miss. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dread throwing strikes from guard but Cares blocks nicely. Cares looking for a guillotine here but Dread defends easily.
Cares is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dread stands up over Cares, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Dread lands a couple of digs. Cares is rocked! Dread scoring with punches to the head and body. Oh Cares is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Hammerfist, elbow! yells Dread's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Dread postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Cares covers up, he's hurt! Dread keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Dread and the ref steps in to end the fight! Dread can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nasty Dread!
