Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Maximo Meridio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taavi Liisteri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Meridio comes into the arena with O Fortuna - Carl Orff blaring out of the sound system. Liisteri has chosen Solid Base - I like it as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Liisteri wants to control the action but instead Meridio gets a body lock and reverses into Liisteri's guard! Nice work!

Liisteri escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Meridio gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Maximo Meridio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
