Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Faded Faded (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paulo Belfort (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Belfort has chosen Stand & Deliver as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Faded Faded!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Leandro Rodrigues and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Faded shoots in but Belfort avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Faded shoots in and bounces Belfort off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Belfort has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Faded wants to control from the top but Belfort keeps moving.
Faded wants to pass the guard but Belfort is keeping the position.
Faded trying to control the position from guard on top but Belfort is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Faded slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Belfort is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Belfort is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Faded is aware though and is defending well.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Belfort can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Faded is looking to escape.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Faded throwing hammer fists to the chest of Belfort. What's that going to do exactly?
Faded wants to hold on but Belfort pushes him away.

Belfort is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Faded has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Faded!

Belfort slips a nice elbow through Faded's hands, connecting with Faded's forehead.
Faded Faded is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Belfort wants to free his trapped foot but Faded is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Paulo Belfort has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Belfort is looking to stall here but Faded recovers full guard.
Faded lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Belfort!
