Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Shane Finn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Who Cares (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Finn comes into the arena with The Theme From Jaws blaring out of the sound system. Cares has chosen Shogun Named Marcus as his entrance music. The key to victory for Shane Finn has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Wesley Smith and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cares looks to land a body kick but Finn moved away.
Finn is looking to clinch but Cares is avoiding it.
Finn tries to bum rush Cares with a series of wild strikes but Cares uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Finn throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Finn stuffs the takedown attempt from Cares. Cares gets slowly back to his feet.
A jab from Finn finds it's way through Cares's defenses.
Some wild striking there from Finn.
Finn throws a head kick but Cares moves out of range.
Finn fails in his attempt to clinch.
Cares scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cares stops Finn from getting back to his feet.
Cares looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Finn with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
It looks like Shane Finn has been cut.
Cares seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Cares is tying to control. Finn wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Cares is looking to take a break and control but Finn is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Cares wants to pass the guard but Finn is defending well.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Cares scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

No joy there for Cares, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Cares lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Oh Finn is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

and Finn counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Finn slips a jab and a cross from Cares.
Finn throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Cares counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Finn is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Finn misses with a hook to the body
and Cares counters with a thumping low kick.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Cares! Finn is backing up but he can't get away as Cares lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Finn and ends the fight. Great knockout.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Who Cares!
