Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Drago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Ivan Drago! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Kevin Turner! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Colin Fotheringham and William Gold.

Drago tries to close the distance and clinch but Turner swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Ivan Drago seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Turner shoots in and bounces Drago off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Turner is looking to work some ground and pound but Drago has wrist control.
Drago looking for a guillotine here but Turner defends easily.
Drago is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Turner is trying to stand up here but Drago is controlling him well.
Drago is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Turner has managed to free his arm - good work. Drago tries to pass to full mount but Turner defends it.
Drago wants to work for an arm triangle but Turner is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Drago is keen to just control but Turner is a slippery customer.

Drago looking for submissions off his back. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nice strikes from Turner there.

A nice elbow there by Turner. Drago sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Turner connects with a nice short shot to Drago's temple. Turner thows a huge punch but Drago dodges it nicely.
Turner looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Drago gets back to full guard.

Turner thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Drago is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Turner got a little sloppy there for a moment and Drago has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Turner has managed to get both his arms back between Drago's legs - danger averted. Drago will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Turner with a nice head shot there.
Turner decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Drago, up you get! Drago with a poor takedown
and Turner counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Turner lands a couple of decent looking shots. Turner looking to pass the guard. Turner stands up over Drago, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Turner slips nicely into half guard. Turner looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Turner looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Drago wants to improve his position but Turner is controlling well.
Drago looking for submissions off his back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kevin Turner dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Turner decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Turner thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Drago's head. Turner is thwarting Drago's attempts to control the position. Drago is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Turner scoring with strikes to the body and head. Drago trying to hold on to Turner's head to control him but Turner postures up.
Turner seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Drago gets back to full guard.
Turner wants to stand but Drago is controlling his posture from full guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Drago is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Turner defends well. Drago wants to get back to his feet but Turner is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Turner postures up in Drago's guard and throws a big left but Drago blocks it. Drago is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Turner is pushing down on Drago's leg trying to pass to half guard. Drago is fighting to maintain full guard but Turner has managed to sneak the leg through. Turner not landing any meaningful shots this time. Turner landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Turner working the head and body with strikes. Drago makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Drago.

Turner stands up and beckons Drago to his feet. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Turner is defended easily by Drago. Drago fails with the takedown
and Turner counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Drago tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Drago working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Turner doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Turner manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Drago is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Kevin Turner showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Drago's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. And we move into the final round!
Turner shoots in for a takedown but Drago shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Turner fails to land the takedown. No luck with that takedown attempt from Turner. Ivan Drago has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kevin Turner. Drago keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Drago tries to clinch but fails miserably
so Turner counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Turner is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Drago working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Turner doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Turner manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Drago is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Turner is aware though and is defending well. Drago might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Drago looking for subs off his back but Turner has passed one foot through into half guard.
Drago is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Turner pulls his head out easily. Turner looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Drago with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Turner prevents Drago from improving his position. Turner seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Turner is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Drago trying to hold on to Turner's head to control him but Turner postures up.
Turner works his way into side control. Drago tries to bench press Turner off him but Turner keeps the position. Turner cracks Drago with a big elbow. Drago tries to bench press Turner off him but Turner keeps the position. Kevin Turner is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Drago manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Drago looks like he's trying to stand up.

and Turner counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Drago's guard now.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Turner is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
And that's the end of the fight! Kevin Turner comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Turner winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
