Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tiago Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antoni Chmielewski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chmielewski comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Lil Wayne - Drop The World ft. Eminem kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tiago Gracie! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Antoni Chmielewski ! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Kenichi Hosakawa and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gracie shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Chmielewski looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Gracie controlling the action here. Gracie decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Gracie shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Chmielewski is trying to defend but Gracie finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Chmielewski tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Gracie is trying to control. Chmielewski wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Chmielewski looking for submissions off his back. Gracie is trying to work for a kimura but Chmielewski is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie wants to take a breather but Chmielewski is having none of it. Gracie working over Chmielewski with some ground and pound. Chmielewski looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Gracie stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Gracie shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Gracie showed some decent athleticism there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gracie wants to stand but Chmielewski has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Gracie landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chmielewski is not content to let Gracie control the position. Gracie is looking to advance position but Chmielewski won't allow it. Chmielewski trying to hold on to Gracie's head to control him but Gracie postures up.

Gracie looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Gracie forces Chmielewski back against the cage and clinches.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gracie misses with a knee to the head. Gracie jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Chmielewski walks away with a smile on his face. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Gracie doesn't manage to clinch there - Chmielewski circles away.
Chmielewski gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Gracie to score an easy takedown into full guard. Gracie wants to stand but Chmielewski is controlling his posture from full guard. Chmielewski throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Chmielewski wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Gracie is now in half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Chmielewski tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Gracie is trying to control. Chmielewski wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Chmielewski wants to control but Gracie is keeping busy.
Chmielewski blocking the ground and pound attempt from Gracie. Gracie passes to full mount! Gracie raining down shots from the mount! Gracie lands a big elbow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tiago Gracie dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Chmielewski with a poor takedown and Gracie counters with a left and a right that stings Chmielewski . Gracie tries to bum rush Chmielewski with a series of wild strikes but Chmielewski uses good footwork to avoid the assault. The fight stays on the outside here - Gracie looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Antoni Chmielewski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gracie tries to clinch but Chmielewski moves out of range. Gracie misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

That's one minute gone in the round. Chmielewski isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Gracie stacks Chmielewski on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Gracie! Gracie is chipping away with strikes.
Gracie just content to control the position. Chmielewski tries to get back to half guard but can't. Chmielewski tries to strike from the bottom but misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Gracie cracks Chmielewski with a big right hand but Chmielewski just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Gracie trying to control the action but Chmielewski is working from the bottom. Chmielewski takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Gracie stands up and we're back to a striking position. Chmielewski misses with a takedown attempt and Gracie counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Chmielewski wants to improve his position but Gracie is controlling well.
Gracie perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Gracie uses his free foot to push down on Chmielewski 's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Chmielewski .
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chmielewski can't escape the position.
Chmielewski tries to hold on but Gracie postures up. Gracie has hold of Chmielewski 's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Chmielewski manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Chmielewski wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Gracie.
Gracie is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Chmielewski can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Chmielewski is in a horrible position here. Gracie smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Gracie working for a submission but Chmielewski is keeping him at bay. Chmielewski tries to hold on but Gracie postures up. Gracie wants to control the pace but Chmielewski is squirming around nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tiago Gracie dominated that second round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Gracie closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Gracie lands in his opponent's guard. Gracie is stalling in the full guard. Gracie trying to control but Chmielewski is working from the bottom. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Gracie wanted to stand there but Chmielewski had control of the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Chmielewski looking to control.
Gracie wants to pass the guard but Chmielewski is keeping the position. Chmielewski striking off his back but it's not causing Gracie any problems.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. The fight moves into the clinch position. Gracie tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Chmielewski just stands there and leans against the cage. Gracie goes for a takedown attempt but Chmielewski pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Gracie throws a combination. Chmielewski tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Gracie wants to clinch. Chmielewski gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Gracie wants to stand but Chmielewski is controlling his posture from full guard. Chmielewski is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Gracie defends well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chmielewski is trying to keep Gracie in close.
Gracie prevents Chmielewski from getting back to his feet. Gracie trying to control but Chmielewski is working from the bottom. Gracie has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Chmielewski controlling the position. Gracie trying to control but Chmielewski is working from the bottom.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Chmielewski takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Gracie lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Gracie instigates a clinch. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Gracie is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Chmielewski pulls him back up using the underhooks. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tiago Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him. Chmielewski has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Gracie avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Antoni Chmielewski has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Tiago Gracie is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Gracie managing to block the knees to the body from Chmielewski .

And that's the end of the fight! Tiago Gracie showed his dominance in that final round. Well Gracie has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
