PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jazz Caparison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Toby Rinker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rinker comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Mosh kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! On his way into the cage it seems that Jazz Caparison has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jazz Caparison seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caparison fails in his attempt to clinch.

Rinker shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Rinker was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Caparison tries to hold on but Rinker pushes him away.

Rinker has hold of Caparison's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Caparison manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

and Rinker finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Rinker swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Caparison is now in Rinker's guard. A big mistake from Rinker there, giving up the dominant position!

Toby Rinker showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
