Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Slim Jim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Anjill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anjill is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Double J's Theme. Jack Anjill told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Slim Jim! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jack Anjill! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Anjill gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Anjill escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jim gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Anjill avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Anjill looking for a sweep. Not yet Anjill, not yet. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Jim is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Jim is looking to work some ground and pound but Anjill has wrist control. Anjill wants to stand up but Jim is controlling him. Jim might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Anjill is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Jim is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Anjill throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jim is trying hard to land a takedown here. Anjill sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Jack Anjill seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Anjill tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jim swats him away and circles back towards the center. Anjill wants to clinch. Anjill gets a takedown into half guard. Jim looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Anjill is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard. Jim is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Anjill drops back looking for a leg! Jim is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Jim manages to kick Anjill off! Anjill jumps back into Jim's guard. Anjill with a flurry of punches that miss. Jim is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Anjill defends well. Jim is breathing heavily. Anjill trying to control but Jim is working from the bottom. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Anjill trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Anjill would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Jim has his foot on Anjill's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Anjill works his way back into a safe position though. Anjill trying to control the position from guard on top but Jim is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jim has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Anjill can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Anjill must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Anjill trying to control but Jim is working from the bottom. Jim preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Jim has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Anjill can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Anjill wants to control from the top but Jim keeps moving. Anjill scoring with some ground and pound. Anjill wants to pass the guard but Jim is keeping the position. Anjill trying to control but Jim is working from the bottom. Anjill really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jim. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Anjill is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Slim Jim dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Anjill changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jim looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Check out the look on Anjill's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Anjill happy to just control the position for now. Jim regains half guard. Anjill is trying to work for a kimura but Jim is defending well.
Anjill wants to free his trapped foot but Jim is holding on for dear life with his legs. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Jim actively working from the bottom here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jim looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Anjill tries to pass the half guard into mount. Jim knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Anjill trying to control the action but Jim is working from the bottom. Anjill is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard. Anjill thows a big elbow that misses.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Anjill tries to clinch but Jim is having none of it. Anjill scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice cross by Anjill. Anjill shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Anjill showed some decent athleticism there. Anjill thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Jim's head. Anjill working Jim over with strikes. Anjill controlling the action here. Jim is looking to improve his position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Jim looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Anjill trying to pass the guard but Jim defending well. Anjill seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Anjill working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Anjill not doing much here.
Jim has hold of Anjill's hands but Anjill slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jim with the active half guard here but Anjill passes nicely into side control. Anjill is working Jim over with some ground and pound from side control. Anjill remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Jim is looking for a sweep. Anjill moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jack Anjill showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Anjill displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Anjill goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Anjill clinches. Anjill prevents the takedown attempt.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Anjill pushes Jim back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Anjill. Anjill pulls guard successfully.

Anjill looking to control but Jim is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Jack Anjill has got the better of the ground game so far. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Anjill raining down shots from the mount!
That's one minute gone in the round. Jim defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Anjill. Anjill controlling the position easily from mount. Anjill with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Jim sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Jim is refusing to be controlled, as Anjill sits in half guard. It looks like Anjill is going to stand back up.

Despite being in the dominant position, Jack Anjill just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. A solid body kick from Anjill. Anjill doesn't manage to clinch there - Jim circles away.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Anjill wants to stand but Jim has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
And that's the end of the fight! Jack Anjill comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Anjill has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
