The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Andrew Berry and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goddard pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Goddard tries to bum rush Honey with a series of wild strikes but Honey uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Goddard changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Honey looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Goddard wants to stand but Honey has him controlled and pulls him back into his guard.
Honey lands a couple of shots from the bottom.
Honey has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Honey looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Goddard is defending well. Honey quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Goddard has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Honey celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
