Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Curt Moffatt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dinsdale Piranha!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Alec Ball and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Moffatt.
Piranha fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Piranha scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
It looks like Curt Moffatt has been cut.
Moffatt blocks a head kick by Piranha.
Moffatt has a takedown stuffed.
Piranha swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Piranha fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Piranha scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Moffatt shoots in and drives through. Piranha sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Curt Moffatt. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Piranha uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Moffatt has time to react.

Piranha throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Piranha cracks Moffatt with a right hand to the side of the head.

Moffatt closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Piranha to the mat! Piranha manages to get full guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Piranha can do anything to dispel that myth.
Moffatt is breathing heavily.
Piranha wriggles free and stands up.
Piranha's corner calls for a 1-2. Piranha obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Oh Moffatt is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Piranha circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Moffatt drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Piranha follows Moffatt to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
