Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jon Jon Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Pee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sanchez comes into the arena with We Be Steady Mobbin blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jon Jon Sanchez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Anthony Pee! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Daniel Franklin and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pee tries to clinch but Sanchez moves out of range. Pee shoots in for a takedown but Sanchez shows good takedown defense. Sanchez shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Sanchez was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Sanchez is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Pee to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Pee shrugs it off. Pee blocking the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pee tries to hold on but Sanchez pushes him away. Pee really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

Pee changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sanchez looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Pee decides to stand back up. Pee tries to clinch up and Sanchez counters with a nice double leg into guard. Sanchez won't allow Pee to get back to his feet. Sanchez landing some decent shots from guard. Pee wants to get back to his feet but Sanchez is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Sanchez stands and throws Pee's legs to the side, diving into side control. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Pee takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Pee is trying to get back to half guard. Sanchez working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.

He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Pee for as long as he can get away with.

Sanchez trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Pee being controlled here, momentarily. Sanchez stands and throws Pee's legs to the side, diving into side control. Sanchez just content to control the position.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Jon Jon Sanchez just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Pee throws a right and a left that Sanchez avoids nicely.
And that's the end of the fight! Jon Jon Sanchez showed his dominance in that final round. Well Sanchez has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
