Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Big Bertha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and ethan hawke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bertha tries to clinch but hawke is having none of it.
Bertha slaps away a takedown attempt from hawke, before circling back to the center of the mat.
hawke throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bertha's waist but Bertha gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing hawke off to one side.
hawke works the jab nicely.
hawke swings for the body but Bertha moves out of range.
Bertha thows a left - swing and a miss!
Bertha misses with a straight left.

Bertha gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Bertha lands with a left to the head.
Bertha landing knees to the body.

hawke successfully pulls guard.
Bertha wants to stand and escape but instead hawke has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Bertha controls hawke momentarily but hawke frees himself.
hawke trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
hawke wanted to stand there but Bertha had control of the position.

hawke thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
hawke looks for a takedown but Bertha sprawls well.
Big Bertha has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of ethan hawke.

hawke takes the fight into the clinch.
Bertha lands a hook that snaps the head of hawke backwards.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

It looks like ethan hawke has been cut.

hawke is still on wobbly legs! Can Bertha finish him?
Bertha unloads with a big right hand that wobbles hawke! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Bertha is unloading with more strikes now! hawke drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
