The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcarthy tries to score a power double leg takedown but Ceasar sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Mcarthy somewhat.

Ceasar gets in close and instigates a clinch.
A right handed body shot lands from Ceasar.
A bit of stalling here from Ceasar.
Ceasar works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Mcarthy wants a takedown.
Ceasar lands a left hand that snaps the head of Mcarthy backwards.
Ceasar gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Mcarthy.
Julius Ceasar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan Mcarthy.
Mcarthy has Ceasar pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Ceasar manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
