Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Hashim Al Hassan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Salvadore Spectra!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spectra scores a takedown into full mount!
Al Hassan tries to hold on but Spectra pushes him away.
Spectra wants to finish this one by submission but Al Hassan is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Spectra.
Spectra get's back to his feet.
Spectra fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Spectra shoots in for a takedown but Al Hassan shows good takedown defense.
Al Hassan throws a nice looking combination but Spectra bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Salvadore Spectra seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Al Hassan clobbers Spectra with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Al Hassan displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Spectra.
Spectra shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Spectra showed some decent athleticism there.
Spectra not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Al Hassan is in trouble now - Spectra has advanced to mount!
Al Hassan looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back!
Spectra is riding his opponent, not letting Al Hassan buck him off.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Spectra is persistently looking for the submission but Al Hassan is defending it well.
Spectra is looking to control Al Hassan but Al Hassan is wriggling around and keeping busy.
Spectra might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Al Hassan kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Spectra controls the position.
Al Hassan is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Al Hassan tries to escape the position.
Al Hassan is trying to defend against the choke here but Spectra has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Spectra Tightens the hold and Al Hassan taps out furiously! Spectra displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
