Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Taka Yoshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tito Ortiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ortiz has chosen Dont trust me as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Taka Yoshi could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Tito Ortiz's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Taka Yoshi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tito Ortiz! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yoshi sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Ortiz to the ground! Yoshi dives into full mount looking to finish!
Ortiz is rocked! Yoshi tries to control but Ortiz wriggling away. Ortiz is still in real trouble! Can Yoshi finish him? Yoshi looking to secure an arm triangle but Ortiz defends it well. Ortiz seems to have recovered his senses. Yoshi looking to control but Ortiz is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Ortiz is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Ortiz swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Ortiz can do anything to dispel that myth. Ortiz is trying to escape the mount.

That's one minute gone in the round. Yoshi is in the full mount, landing strikes. Yoshi tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Yoshi lands a big elbow. Ortiz is wriggling around trying to escape.
Yoshi trying to control but he's not successful this time. Yoshi wants to finish this one by submission but Ortiz is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Yoshi. Yoshi scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Ortiz?
That's two minutes gone in the round. Yoshi tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Yoshi mounts Ortiz! Really nice guard pass there! The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Yoshi controlling from the full mount. Yoshi punishing his opponent with strikes. Ortiz wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Yoshi jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Ortiz manages to avoid the submission attempt. Yoshi is looking to take a break and control but Ortiz is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Yoshi advances to full mount. Ortiz prevents Yoshi from taking his back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Yoshi is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Ortiz can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Ortiz really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Yoshi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ortiz really wants to buck Yoshi off and get back to his feet. Yoshi postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Ortiz looks a forlorn figure.
Yoshi lands with some strikes. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Yoshi is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Ortiz can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Yoshi can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Ortiz is looking to escape. Yoshi is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Ortiz is surviving well by controlling Yoshi's body position as best he can. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Taka Yoshi dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Ortiz is looking to clinch. Yoshi closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ortiz circles away. Ortiz tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Ortiz has taken the fight to the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Yoshi trying to land knees to the body.
Ortiz is trying to break free. Yoshi jumps guard but Ortiz stands there with Yoshi around his waist. Yoshi gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Ortiz tries to close the distance and clinch up but Yoshi swats him away and circles back towards the center. Taka Yoshi is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Yoshi fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Taka Yoshi. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ortiz avoids a kick to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Yoshi throws the left hand but Ortiz avoids the punch easily. The fight stays on the outside here - Yoshi looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Ortiz tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Yoshi counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Ortiz wants to break the clinch but can't.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Yoshi working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Ortiz breaks the clinch.
Yoshi closes the distance and clinches up with Ortiz, looking for a takedown. Yoshi pushes Ortiz against the cage but Ortiz circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Ortiz gets in close and instigates a clinch. Yoshi lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Ortiz breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Taka Yoshi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ortiz wants to clinch and Yoshi counters with a takedown into side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Yoshi tries for a kimura but Ortiz is defending well. Yoshi throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Yoshi working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Ortiz is positioning himself to get back to half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Taka Yoshi dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Ortiz clinches but Yoshi breaks the clinch and Yoshi counters with a low kick, right behind Ortiz 's knee. Yoshi wants to clinch but Ortiz slips to the side and Ortiz counters with a takedown into side control. Yoshi is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Ortiz's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Yoshi trying to control but Ortiz postures up.
Yoshi moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Ortiz wants to pass the guard but Yoshi is keeping the position. Yoshi wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Yoshi avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Ortiz. Yoshi taking a bit of punishment here - Ortiz scoring with strikes. Yoshi is looking to reverse the position. Yoshi manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Ortiz is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Yoshi trying to control from half guard but Ortiz is working away. Yoshi is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Ortiz wants to improve his position but Yoshi is controlling well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Yoshi is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Ortiz flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Yoshi passes to side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Yoshi scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Ortiz to see if he's OK. Taka Yoshi overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Yoshi taking a breather here. Ortiz is trying to get back to half guard. Ortiz is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Yoshi connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Ortiz some visible discomfort.
Ortiz bucks up and tries to throw Yoshi off but instead Yoshi has got his back! Tito Ortiz has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Ortiz is keeping busy.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Tito Ortiz. I think Yoshi has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
