Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Doctor Turk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Fingers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jimmy Fingers looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Turk rushes Fingers and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Turk has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Fingers is trying to keep an underhook but Turk manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Turk slows the pace down in half guard.
Turk's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Turk stands up from half guard.
Turk fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
No luck for Fingers with that takedown attempt.

Turk shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Fingers's guard.
Turk could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Turk postures up.
Turk stands and throws Fingers's legs to the side, diving into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Turk stands up and beckons Fingers to his feet.

Turk scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Fingers is trying to stand.
Fingers looks gassed!
Fingers misses with some strikes from the bottom.

Turk moves into full mount! Fingers won't be happy about that!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Turk get's back to his feet.

Turk looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Turk performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Turk prevents Fingers from improving his position.
Still in half guard, Turk seems content to control.
Fingers wants to get back to full guard.
Fingers wants to get back to his feet.
Turk wants to stand but Fingers has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Nice takedown defense from Fingers. No joy for Turk on that attempt.
Fingers lands with a nice combination. Turk backs away looking to recover.

Turk on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Fingers. Fingers obviously looking to wear him down.

Turk stands up from mount. Strange move.
Turk will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Fingers is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Turk locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Fingers is forced to tap!
