Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Zack Fair! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fair shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. caraan is refusing to be controlled, as Fair sits in half guard. Fair passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for caraan! Fair is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. caraan can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

caraan is in all sorts of trouble here.
Fair cracks caraan with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Fair get's back to his feet. caraan is breathing heavily. caraan tries to clinch but Fair moves out of range. Zack Fair seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fair looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for caraan! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! caraan tries to reverse the position but Fair maintains control.

It looks like cedric caraan has been cut. The referee warns caraan that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Fair has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, caraan has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Fair wanted to stand there but caraan had control of the position. caraan has his foot on Fair's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Fair works his way back into a safe position though. caraan might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Fair trying to control but caraan is working from the bottom. caraan throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Fair fails with a takedown attempt. caraan misses with a takedown attempt and Fair counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for caraan! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. caraan tries to get back to half guard but can't. caraan regains half guard. Fair tries to pass the half guard into mount. caraan knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Fair trying to control the action but caraan is working from the bottom. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Fair is nestled in close to caraan, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fair thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Fair in side control lands a decent elbow. Fair cracks caraan with a big elbow. caraan tries to improve position but can't. Fair is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. caraan knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. caraan gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

And that's the end of the fight! Zack Fair comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Fair has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
