The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Sosuke Kotani and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hicks tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ishike swivels and escapes.
Hicks lands a head kick. Ishike smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Hicks drops his hands momentarily and Ishike takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Hicks really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
