Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between TJ Redmon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Muhamed Nasir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, TJ Redmon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Muhamed Nasir!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Chris Edwards and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nasir rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Redmon moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Nasir displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Redmon.
Redmon shoots for a takedown but Nasir saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Redmon is looking to clinch.
Redmon tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Nasir was well out of range. Poor timing from Redmon.
Redmon slips a jab and a cross from Nasir.

Nasir misses with a wild combination.
Nasir misses with a few strikes there.
Redmon walks into a jab.
Redmon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Nasir tries to avoid it but Redmon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Nasir to the ground. Nasir escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for TJ Redmon. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Nasir drops Redmon with a beautiful combination! Redmon stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Nasir is looking for the KO!


Redmon is rocked!


It looks like TJ Redmon has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Redmon slips a jab and a cross from Nasir.
Oh Redmon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Redmon takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Redmon seems to have got his legs back now.
Redmon shoots in for a double leg but Nasir sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Redmon is breathing heavily.
Nasir throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Redmon could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Nasir scores with a jab to the body.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Redmon. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Nasir jabs Redmon right on the nose. Redmon blinks but takes it well.
Nasir scores with a jab to the jaw.
Nasir tries to bum rush Redmon with a series of wild strikes but Redmon uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Nasir lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Redmon at a distance.
Muhamed Nasir is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nasir cracks Redmon with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Muhamed Nasir seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nasir misses with a series of wild punches.

Nasir misses with a few strikes there.
Nasir will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Nasir lands a left and a right that send Redmon crashing to the mat, dazed. Nasir thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Nasir is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Redmon flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Redmon is out cold! Nasir holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Muhamed Nasir!
