Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bill Goldberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Huw Pedr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Huw Pedr has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Bill Goldberg's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Bill Goldberg! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Huw Pedr! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Sam Margolis and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight stays on the outside here - Pedr looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Goldberg shoots for a takedown but Pedr saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Horrible takedown by Goldberg or perhaps it was just good defense by Pedr which made him look bad. Pedr tries to close the distance and clinch but Goldberg swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Pedr is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Goldberg's half guard. Goldberg has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Pedr is working away from the top position though. Pedr stands up and beckons Goldberg to join him on the feet.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pedr trying to stand up but can't free himself from Goldberg's guard. Pedr looks gassed! Pedr got a little sloppy there for a moment and Goldberg has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Pedr has managed to get both his arms back between Goldberg's legs - danger averted.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pedr preventing the sweep. Pedr would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Goldberg has his foot on Pedr's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Pedr works his way back into a safe position though. Goldberg tries to land a sweep but no joy. Goldberg has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Pedr off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Goldberg feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Goldberg drops back, looking for a kneebar! Pedr looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Pedr looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Pedr!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pedr thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Pedr decides to stand back up. Goldberg with a poor takedown and Pedr counters with a nice double leg into half guard. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bill Goldberg. That's going to take a lot out of him. Goldberg wants to get back to full guard. Goldberg looking for submissions off his back. Goldberg is staying active underneath Pedr, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pedr wants to get back to his feet.

Goldberg regains full guard. Nicely done. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Pedr wants to control from the top but Goldberg keeps moving. Goldberg is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Huw Pedr will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Pedr is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Pedr doesn't succeed with the takedown and Goldberg decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Pedr's guard. Goldberg is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Pedr is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Pedr has escaped and now he's on top! Pedr would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Goldberg keeping moving, preventing Pedr from controlling successfully. Pedr must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's one minute gone in the round. Goldberg is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Pedr defends well. Pedr has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Goldberg to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Pedr is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Goldberg pulls down on the head and he's put Pedr to sleep! This one is all over!
