Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nero Boston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Louis Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boston comes into the arena with Loituma - blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Nero Boston! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Louis Storm! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Edson Gomes and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Storm looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Boston swings for the body but Storm moves out of range.
Boston tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Storm was well out of range. Poor timing from Boston. Storm avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Storm tries to close the distance and clinch but Boston swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Boston throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Storm sees it coming and avoids it easily. Storm fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Storm shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Boston pinned against the cage. Boston gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Nero Boston has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Louis Storm. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Storm displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Boston throws out the jab. Boston throws a jab when Storm was well out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Boston looks to land a right hand but Storm moved out of range. Boston throws a body punch but Storm moves out of range. Boston lands a left and a right that send Storm crashing to the mat, dazed. Boston thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Storm is rocked!
It looks like Louis Storm has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Boston finds Storm's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Storm flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Boston lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Storm will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Nero Boston!
