The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aleksandrovich loads up on a big right hand but Armstrong slips the punch.
Aleksandrovich throws out a loose jab but Armstrong uses good head movement to avoid it.
Aleksandrovich misses with a hook.

Armstrong shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Armstrong was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Armstrong pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Aleksandrovich is keeping the position for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Armstrong shoots in and bounces Aleksandrovich off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Aleksandrovich escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Armstrong gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Well Armstrong has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
