Calculus ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Schmidli moves away.
Schmidli tries to clinch up but Calculus circles away and keeps his distance.
Calculus lunges at Schmidli with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Schmidli's hand.
Nice body punch from Calculus.
Calculus tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Schmidli was well out of range. Poor timing from Calculus.
Calculus throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Schmidli tries to clinch but Calculus is having none of it.
Calculus misses with a series of wild punches.
Schmidli takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Schmidli takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Calculus lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Schmidli circles away quickly and effectively.
Schmidli wants to clinch up but Calculus keeps it at a distance.
Schmidli seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Calculus shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Schmidli is backing up but Calculus catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Schmidli covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Calculus Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kenny Calculus!
